Ausjet have been awarded multiple aerial survey projects across various states throughout Australia. The company has recently, successfully completed survey projects in Queensland and New South Wales for the past 5 years on long term contracts. Ausjet Aviation Group’s survey department utilise world leading technologies, some of which have been developed by energy companies and partner organisations.
Using these technologies allows the creation of precise, 3D geo-spatial representations of assets such as electricity networks, and comprises specially modified aircraft with state of the art sensors that include photographic and LIDAR equipment. Ausjet's aerial surveying expertise is a fundamental tool in vegetation and asset management, it leads to reduced costs as well as increased safety and reliability of electricity supply, to name just one application offered by the companies’ aerial survey capabilities.
With between 8000 - 10000 hours to be flown annually by Ausjet, we are pleased to be able to play such a pivotal role in providing a sustainable future in Queensland's and New South Wales power network.
The Ausjet management are grateful to its own dedicated team whom have all played their part in demonstrating the capabilities and depth of Ausjet to various projects around the country.
